Updates the type of a project. If the update completes successfully, all the registered com.atlassian.jira.project.type.ProjectTypeUpdatedHandlers will be notified. If an exception is thrown by one of the com.atlassian.jira.project.type.ProjectTypeUpdatedHandler, the project type update will be rolled back.
